At Hero Jewelry, everything is possible.with 20 years of jewelry making experience,we are honor that have service more than 80+ worldwide clients.

1. Design style

The designer will first draw a sketch of the new work on the computer and complete the CAD design drawing on the computer. This process can take as little as a few days and a half, or as long as a few months. Design details are often revised repeatedly. During the design process, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as aesthetics, meaning, and workability to create a product that meets customer needs.
2. Start printing and create wax

The craftsmen hand-carve the wax plate according to the design drawings, which is the most demanding work in the production process.
The wax plate must be smooth and without traces, the structure of each part must be reasonable, and the position and size of the inlaid gems must be accurate. (The complexity of this process can range from one or two days to several days).
3. Casting

Customization usually uses the lost wax casting method to make the wax model into 9k, 10k, 14k, and 18K gold.
If it is mass production, then the previous wax plate will be made into a silver plate and pressed into a film, and the wax molds will be mass produced.
4. Grinding the casting

The molding is all done by hand, using a special calender to push back and forth on the surface of the jewelry. This requires the craftsman's exquisite skills and techniques, which have been accumulated over the years.
5. Matching stones

According to the jewelry design drawing, the diamonds or gemstones are manually sorted, and those with suitable color, cut, and size are selected and prepared for inlaying.
6. Inlaid with gems

Setting is a key aspect of jewelry making, requiring each diamond and gemstone to be set by hand.
If the design is a simple style, inlaying is relatively easy. If the design involves complex craftsmanship or uses a large number of gems, the difficulty will increase exponentially. If you are not careful, there is a risk of damaging the gems.

7. Polished electro-gold

After the inlay is completed, the metal surface and details need to be polished. Some jewelry needs to be electroplated on the surface to make the surface more shiny!

8. Quality inspection

Inspect the finished jewelry. If it is not qualified, it must be returned to the previous process and reworked.
These are the process of making a finished product. All in all, we will apply highest standard to produce each items. if you want to know more infomation pls feel free to let me know.
